If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Photos of the item
• A brief description of the issue

If approved, we'll gladly provide a replacement or refund.

Please note:

• Due to the nature of many of our products, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse or incorrect sizing unless otherwise stated.
• Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded.
• Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
